The Railway Recruitment Board, Ahmedabad conducts examinations for Non-Gazetted/Group 'C' posts for Indian Railways, as per allotted jurisdiction, and recruits persons of merit in a fair and transparent manner.
Our examinations are mainly of multiple-choice objective types & OMR answer sheets are being used and computerized evaluation is being resorted to. The candidates are selected strictly as per the merit drawn by the computer, adhering to the rules including rules for reservation of SC/ST/OBC etc. There is no scope of human interference and intervention at any stage or any scope of leakage of question paper.
Some unscrupulous elements are promising to offer jobs in Railways fraudulently. These elements are sometimes issuing letters on behalf of Railway Recruitment Board also. Please note that Railway Recruitment Board – Ahmedabad does not issue Appointment / Medical examination / Training letter to any candidate. Beware of such Touts and job racketeers trying to deceive you by false promises of securing job in Railways either through influence or by use of unfair and unethical means. RRB does not appoint any agent(s) or coaching center(s) for action on its behalf. Candidates are warned against any such claims being made by persons/agencies. Candidates are selected purely as per merit based on the performance in the examinations conducted by RRB-Ahmedabad. The Employment Notifications, Application Form & Other Annexures, Important Notices, Application Status, Results of successful candidates are displayed on the Notice Board of RRB-Ahmedabad Office as well as RRB-Ahmedabad's official Website www.rrbahmedabad.gov.in and also published in Employment News / Rojgar Samachar. Please beware of unscrupulous elements and do not fall in their trap and for any reference / download make use of official website only.
